Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

If you have authorized ABANOS Home Publisher to access a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, you can request deletion of information our App has stored in connection with that account.

  1. Email info@abanosdecor.com with the subject ABANOS HOME — Data Deletion Request.
  2. Provide the name or public URL of the business Page/account concerned, and explain what data you would like removed.
  3. Do not include a password, access token or other secret. We may ask for limited proof that you are authorized to make the request.
  4. After verification, we will review the request, delete or de-identify eligible App-held information, and respond by email. Information that must be retained for legal or security reasons may be kept only as necessary.
Disconnecting access: You may also remove the App's access from your Facebook/Instagram business integration settings. Disconnecting access stops future authorized API access; it may not automatically delete all existing operational records. Email us for a deletion request.

We cannot delete information that Meta holds independently or remove content from Meta merely by deleting our own records. Use the platform's own controls for platform-hosted information, or state explicitly in your request if you also want us to review content that our team published on an account we manage.

طريقة طلب حذف البيانات

إذا سمحت لتطبيق ABANOS Home Publisher بالوصول إلى صفحة فيسبوك أو حساب إنستغرام احترافي، يمكنك طلب حذف المعلومات التي يحتفظ بها التطبيق بخصوص ذلك الحساب.

  1. أرسل رسالة إلى info@abanosdecor.com بعنوان ABANOS HOME — Data Deletion Request.
  2. اذكر اسم صفحة الأعمال أو رابطها العام، وحدد البيانات التي تريد حذفها.
  3. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو توكنات أو أي معلومات سرية. قد نطلب وسيلة محدودة للتحقق من صلاحيتك.
  4. بعد التحقق، نراجع الطلب ونحذف أو نجهّل البيانات المؤهلة الموجودة لدى تطبيقنا ونرد عبر البريد. وقد نحتفظ فقط بالبيانات اللازمة قانونياً أو أمنياً عند الاقتضاء.
إلغاء الاتصال: تستطيع أيضاً إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات التكامل في فيسبوك أو إنستغرام. إلغاء الصلاحية يوقف الوصول المستقبلي لكنه لا يحذف تلقائياً جميع سجلات التشغيل؛ لذلك يمكنك إرسال طلب الحذف بالبريد.

حذف سجلات تطبيقنا لا يعني حذف البيانات التي تحتفظ بها Meta بشكل مستقل. استخدم أدوات المنصة للبيانات الموجودة لديها، أو وضّح في طلبك إن كنت تريد مراجعة محتوى نشره فريقنا على حساب نديره.
