1. About this application
ABANOS Home Publisher (the “App”) is used by the ABANOS HOME team to prepare, review, schedule, publish and monitor content on business social media accounts that the team is authorized to manage, including connected Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. This policy describes information processed through the App, not Meta's own processing of data.
2. Information we process
When an authorized administrator connects an account or operates the App, the App may process the following information to the extent needed for enabled features:
- Business Page and professional account identifiers, names and connection status.
- Access tokens and other technical authorization information used to make permitted API requests. We do not ask users to send passwords.
- Content selected for publication, including captions, photos, video files, scheduling choices and approval decisions.
- Identifiers, timestamps, permalinks and basic performance information for posts published through the App, as available through authorized Meta APIs.
- Operational records, error logs and related technical information needed to secure and troubleshoot the service.
The App is intended for authorized business account management. It is not a public consumer sign-in service. If its features or audience change, this notice should be updated accordingly.
3. How we use information
- Connect to and manage only authorized business accounts.
- Prepare and obtain approval for posts, publish approved content and coordinate posting times across selected platforms.
- Prevent duplicate publication, record delivery results, troubleshoot failures and maintain account security.
- Review available post-performance information to improve business content and scheduling.
We do not sell data obtained through Meta APIs or use it for unrelated advertising profiles.
4. Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by Meta when the App accesses Facebook or Instagram APIs. Where configured, the App may use cloud infrastructure and media hosting (including Cloudinary), Telegram for internal content approvals, and OpenAI for approved text-generation workflows. Each service receives only the information necessary for the relevant enabled function. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the security of the service.
5. Storage, security and retention
Application credentials and operational records are restricted to authorized operators. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the enabled service, maintain required records and meet legal obligations. Tokens can be revoked through the relevant platform.
6. Your choices and deletion requests
Authorized administrators may disconnect business accounts or revoke the App's access in the relevant Meta account settings. To request access, correction or deletion of information processed by our App, email info@abanosdecor.com. Please identify the business Page or account involved; do not include passwords or access tokens. We may request sufficient information to verify that you are authorized before acting. يستخدم فريق ABANOS HOME تطبيق ABANOS Home Publisher لإعداد المحتوى ومراجعته وجدولته ونشره ومتابعته على حسابات الأعمال المصرح للفريق بإدارتها، بما في ذلك صفحات فيسبوك وحسابات إنستغرام الاحترافية المتصلة. توضح هذه السياسة معالجة البيانات بواسطة تطبيقنا، وليس معالجة شركة Meta المستقلة.
2. المعلومات التي قد نعالجها
- معرّفات وأسماء صفحات الأعمال وحسابات إنستغرام وحالة الاتصال بها.
- رموز الوصول ومعلومات التفويض التقنية اللازمة لطلبات الواجهة البرمجية المسموح بها. لا نطلب كلمات مرور المستخدمين.
- المحتوى المختار للنشر، بما فيه النصوص والصور والفيديو ومواعيد النشر والموافقات.
- معرّفات المنشورات وأوقات نشرها وروابطها وبعض مؤشرات الأداء التي تتيحها الواجهات البرمجية بتصريح.
- سجلات التشغيل والأخطاء والمعلومات التقنية اللازمة للأمان ومعالجة المشاكل.
التطبيق مخصص لإدارة حسابات الأعمال المصرح بها، وليس خدمة تسجيل دخول عامة للمستهلكين. سنحدّث هذه السياسة إذا تغيرت خصائص التطبيق أو جمهوره.
3. أغراض الاستخدام
- الاتصال بحسابات الأعمال التي نملك صلاحية إدارتها.
- إعداد المحتوى واعتماده ثم نشره وتنسيق المواعيد بين المنصات المحددة.
- منع التكرار وتوثيق نتائج النشر ومعالجة الأخطاء وحماية الحسابات.
- استخدام بيانات الأداء المتاحة لتحسين المحتوى وجدولته.
لا نبيع البيانات التي نحصل عليها عبر واجهات Meta ولا نستخدمها لإنشاء ملفات إعلانية غير مرتبطة بالخدمة.
4. مزودو الخدمة والإفصاح
قد تعالج Meta بعض البيانات عند الاتصال بواجهات فيسبوك وإنستغرام. وقد يستخدم التطبيق، وفق الميزات المفعّلة، بنية استضافة سحابية، وخدمات استضافة الوسائط مثل Cloudinary، وتيليغرام للموافقات الداخلية، وOpenAI لإنشاء النصوص المعتمدة. نشارك مع هذه الجهات ما يلزم للوظيفة ذات الصلة فقط. وقد نفصح عن البيانات عند وجود التزام قانوني أو ضرورة لحماية الخدمة.
5. الحماية والاحتفاظ
نقيّد الوصول إلى بيانات الاعتماد وسجلات التشغيل بالمشغّلين المصرح لهم، ونستخدم إجراءات حماية معقولة دون ضمان أمان مطلق. نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة والاحتفاظ بالسجلات المطلوبة والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. ويمكن إلغاء صلاحيات التطبيق من المنصات ذات الصلة.
6. حقوق المستخدم والحذف
يمكن للمسؤولين المصرح لهم فصل حسابات الأعمال أو إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق من إعدادات Meta. لطلب الوصول إلى المعلومات التي يعالجها تطبيقنا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، راسلنا على info@abanosdecor.com مع ذكر صفحة أو حساب الأعمال المعني، ودون إرسال كلمات المرور أو رموز الوصول. قد نطلب التحقق من صلاحية صاحب الطلب قبل تنفيذه. للمزيد، راجع تعليمات حذف البيانات.
